How long have you had an issue with weight? All my life.
How much weight have you lost so far? Somewhere between 60 and 70 lbs. In my clothing my t-shirts have gone from XXXL to an XL and my shorts from a 24 to a 16. When I was behind the wheel in my car when I started my tummy would rub on the steering wheel and now I can put my hand between side-wise and have room to spare.
What was your previous experience with weight loss? I’ve tried lots of things, some worked for a while, but gave up and put the weight back, usually more than I had taken off. Never really had the mindset to change my thinking about eating.
Why did you decide to try hypnosis? Nothing else had worked for long, and thought it was worth a try.
Was there anything that has surprised you during this process? How easy it has been. Hypnosis is so different than I thought it was. It is nothing like what you see on T.V.
Have you had any other benefits besides weight loss? My self esteem is better than I think it has ever been.
What has changed for you since you've lost the weight? My energy level is higher than it has been for a very long time.
What have you learned during this process? It can be done, and without a whole lot of effort.
