Dr. Kaylan McKinney has spent over 27 years in the health & fitness field and has a comprehensive background that displays uniquely well-rounded skills to help her clients achieve their goals, by not only addressing emotional and mental health, but also physical health.


She is considered an authority on weight loss and fitness and has toured as a nationally known speaker and presenter for ACE (American Council on Exercise), AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), ESA (Exercise Safety Association), and SAFAX (Safe Aerobic Fitness and Exercise), educating consumers as well as health & fitness professionals on healthy lifestyles, eating, and exercise. She has published a variety of fitness articles, won numerous awards, and is considered one of the top exercise safety experts in the country. The American Council on Exercise listed her as one of the top 10 instructors in the world. 

She taught at Idaho State University and for the College of Southern Idaho for over a decade, teaching fitness, weight loss, anatomy, kinesiology, and physiology. There she taught thousands of students how to understand their bodies and make the changes they desired. She also owned a successful fitness and wellness center in Twin Falls before moving to Boise in 2007.
