Fitness can be fun!


No repeats. Our classes are never the same and the theme changes every month. We look at providing balance in fitness and strive for variety, which is good for the body and good for the mind. 


Small classes. Get healthier in a comfortable, small group (less than 8 people), safe environment with help,  guidance, and encouragement to get you there.


Safe. Our classes are modified for safety and individual needs and abilities. Participation at your personal fitness level in encouraged, whatever that may be.  













 Prices for Classes 
(class size limited to 8)

1 class - $10
5 classes - $40  ($8 per class)
10 classes - $70 ($7 per class)


Your 1st class is free. 


**Classes are complimentary to our current hypnosis clients. If we have seen you or are going to see you in the same week of ANY of our services, then classes are free.  



Appointments are required for all  classes.

CLASSES

Thursday @ 6:15-7:00pm:  Top 10 Workout

This workout offers a mix of elements to address the 10 components of fitness; cardiovascular health, muscle endurance, muscle strength, flexibility, muscle vs.fat, balance, agility, speed, power, and coordination. These 10 health components of fitness create and define a healthy, functioning body. Each class will incorporate 3 or more of these elements to encourage a body that is well-rounded, diverse, and capable. You are building your body every day with the foods you eat and the movement that you provide for it. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. 


COMING IN SEPTEMBER:

Monday @ 6:15-7:00pm:  Low Impact Dance Workout
This low impact workout blends in various dance styles in an easy to follow format suitable for all ages (grown-ups, that is) and abilities. No dance skills needed (at all, seriously). Bring some water and your non-serious mode and let's have some fun while getting in that workout!  

Thursday @ 6:15pm: Mat Pilates

Thusday @ 6:45pm: Yoga Stretch


Sign up for classes here! You don't have to be a client of Mindset to participate in classes but reservations are required for all classes.  

In order to preserve class quality and provide proper attention, classes sizes are limited to 8 participants. We want you to enjoy the support and guidance that you will find here and encourage to you work within your personal limits.
