Bach Flower Remedies
Bach flower remedies were introduced in the 1930s by Edward Bach, M.D., a British physician, who developed what he called a “theory of types” by which he divided people into groups based on their reactions to illness. Dr. Bach believed that negative moods and emotions could lead to the breakdown in health that leads to illness. He determined that treatment had to address patients’ emotional and mental states. He devised 38 wild flower essences, or remedies, for treatment for these negative moods and emotions.
The original Bach Flower Remedies is a non-toxic, safe and natural method of healing. They gently restore the balance between mind and body by reducing negative emotions which can interfere with the equilibrium of the being as a whole.
At Mindset, we did independent testing with Bach Remedies, and found the results to be very positive and helpful to our clients. For that reason, we are proud to offer Bach Flower Remedies to our clients and will create a custom blend per the individual. We charge $20 for this blend.
